At MrMaple, we take pride in the quality of our maples and garden plants; if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all plants are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Prepare Your Plant

  Carefully repack your tree in its original shipping container, ensuring the root ball is secured and the foliage is protected for transit.

  Ship to MrMaple

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
