Camellia sasanqua 'Showa-no-sakae', or “Glory of Showa Era,” is an early-blooming fall favorite with soft pink, semi-double flowers and sunny yellow stamens. This low-spreading, willow-like evergreen shrub makes a perfect hedge, container accent, or standout in a mixed border. In 10 years, it’ll reach about 6–8 ft tall and 6–10 ft wide.
