Camellia 'Sweet Jane' is a vigorous, upright non-reticulata hybrid derived from Camellia japonica ‘Edith Linton’ × Camellia transnokoensis. It produces abundant miniature blooms from February through April in North Carolina, with flowers opening from pale pink centers to deeper pink outer petals in a peony to formal double form. The small, dense foliage provides a clean backdrop for the long-lasting, weather-resistant blooms.

At 10 years of growth, it typically reaches about 6–8 ft tall and 4–6 ft wide, forming a refined, upright evergreen shrub with a naturally full habit.
