'Miyako-no-haru' is an excellent spring blooming Japanese camellia. The medium to large pink blooms contrast so well the yellow anthers creating a display that will make your heart happy. ‘Miyako-no-haru' typically blooms from March-April in our area. 'Miyako-no-haru' may reach 8-10 ft in 10 years. ‘Miyako-no-haru’ is said to translate as “Metropolis Spring”.
