It has a creamy white to yellow cream splash variegation across the green leaves. Yes, it still is a good grower like most Rhododendron austrinum selections. ‘Don’s Variegated’ has bright orange blooms. ‘Don’s Variegated’ may reach 6-8 ft in height by 4 ft in width in 10 years. ‘Don’s Variegated’ was found and introduced by azalea expert Don Whiddon.
